Basically the problem with this torrent was another "we are stuck at 99.x%" type of syndrome.
After being stuck for a long time, a seed finally came online. Though rigouriously disconnecting and connecting again, i finally (after 1.5 hours) managed to get this to 100%.
What i emmidiatly did afterwards was go through the peer list of everyone connected to me that i was uploading to, and instantly handing out 1 hour IP bans to anyone who wasn't at 99% or above. This made sure that i only uploaded to people who were almost done downloading it. The seed number then instantly jumped high, and is not now on 19 seeds after 10 minutes of doing this.
I'm going to continue handing out these bans until we have 40+ seeds, then im going to seed normally. This should get the torrent going. I'm also going to check back tomorrow and make sure the seed number is high.
As for the video: Its VOB and IFO files (aka. DVD format just like the name) recorded from NBC including commentators. Video Quality ia 10/10 in a high 840 x 540 resolution (not sure about the 540) and Audio quality is also a good 9.5/10 and the commentators are excellent.

This is the only torrent that i have been able to find of the Womens Team Finals, and maybe the only one ever going to exist SO ENJOY!!
