I'm having the same problem sometimes. I heard it's the graphics driver fault and it happens mostly on nvidia 7000 series. Just wait for some new nvidia drivers and hope for the best.

@Florin2007 & sammywammy...Im on a 7900GS, and had those problems, Google search for nvidia 180.70 drivers. They are "beta", but its cured the no texture problem for me...unless I Alt-Tab out of the game, then I have to restart it again.

Hello. i can't get it to work. Every time, when i launch the launchGTAIV.EXE its giving me a social club application and then it says that i'm not logged in. Then i get the DD3D30 error.:S
