Actually, it seems like it's UltraISO that can't open it. Works fine with Daemon Tools.

the torrent works great but what the hell is going on with that mdf/mds file....it cannot be burned by ANY program,,not even by alcohol (it's creator)....it can only be mounted....any solutions??i want to burn the image to a cd....thank you...

this torrent worked for me: only 1.89Gb;
If you have trouble installing PhysX legacy, I've found an old version - 9.12.0613 - which installs perfectly, so I guess that will have to do for now. I did find this thread and the linked post in particular is interesting: but I'd rather install something official rather than a hacked version...
(the hacked version installs fine and seems to work ok, btw... but I'm back to the official old version for now!)
