First of all you need a bittorrent 'client' (prog to download them).
Get one free of viruses from here (open source developers site):

Then you will need to get a DIVX compatible DVD player (you can get one from Comet for £30). If you want to watch them on your computer you need to install the XVID codec (easy) from here:
