there is no trial unless you get a buddy key or purchase the game key. I have some buddy keys, but I cant get to even play the game i paid for due to the really really bad patch/updater. I have been anywhere between 1hr to 19hrs to download the update/patch. If someone could torrent the update and patches would be a favorite in the PotBS community.

Why is it so hard for people to copy/paste gametitle into google and press enter, and then READ about the game!?
This is a massive multiplayer game ergo, NOT playable offline. You pay for the game and get an account with which you log on to THEIR servers. It's just like wow, EQ etc.

it doesn't matter what kind of game it is, they can ALL be pirated, even MMOs. Just search for "WoW private servers", or "Pirates of the burning sea private servers," or any mmo you want to play.
