It's fake - no question. The tracks sound nothing like the live versions that are floating around, none of them contain their titles as part of the lyrics and it's not really Ben Gibbard's voice. Apart from that, look at the date, people. It's funny to see people out themselves as complete idiots with such self-confidence by saying "it's the real deal" when obviously they have no effing idea what they are talking about.
