Many pages are blank. The text is primarily history designed to bolster Applegate's reputation as an expert to increase knife sales. The small amount of useful text, charts and diagrams already appear in Fairbairn's "Get Tough" The only redeeming quality for me is the dimensioned drawing of the Applegate knife on page 35.
