After you install this do not install update windows update KB971033. this is a known patch for detecting pirated copies of windows (do a google search and you'll see).
Update as per normal for the rest.
if you have installed it follow as below:

1. Open Control Centre, then Action Centre, select Windows Update, then INSTALLED UPDATES.
2. Locate Windows Update KB 971033, right click, then Uninstall. Confirm as necessary.
3. Click Start, type cmd in search box, right click cmd in results pane, select Run as Administrator.
4. Type the following: slmgr (now press the space bar), and then type -(dash)rearm. LEAVE A SPACE BETWEEN THE r AND THE DASH, OR IT WON’T WORK!!

Really, I got the freaking KB 971033 update today for my Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 and suddenly I saw the freaking “you must activate today” dialogue; during the entire day I tried all the loaders I found, all the activators, and no one worked for me, this was driving me crazy, at the end I decided to back up all my personal files in case something happens, before I read your post about the KB 971033 update, I followed all the steps as you posted, and “F” dude! My TouchSmart with W7 Ultimate shows “Windows is activated” and with “GENUINE” certification; it was activated before the update but it never with the “Genuine” thing, that’s new for me, thanks a million pal, you’re the best!

Hey guys have windows 7 installed for like a month now and i start getting the windows is not genuine blah blah, so i used the chew activator and then it messed up my pc by running a cmd.exe which used 70% of the cpu ,so i downloaded this one and ran the loader file ,its all okay but after a while like 3 hours or so the windows is not genuine message appears but the pc restarts fine ? do i use the activator aswell ? any help would be great :) oh and can you update with this activator except for the KB 971033 ?

if you totally disapointed you can look in the keys file for the product key (select your pc firma: example Samsung) and the operating system (Windows 7) and write down the product key. reinstall windows 7 and when it asks for the key write it down... DONE

Long time bay user and after using this torrent, I felt that I had to give back some info. Has worked with a few clicks of the mouse,I have got a HP notebook that I put a clean install thinking that I could use the same key, but found I had to purchase a new one from HP to get Win 7 activated (along with all their HOGware).

Awesomesauce! I'm impressed, it even leaves my GRUB menu and Linux alone, as long as you check the "preserve current boot code" option.
And if you accidentally let Windows install the update that disables it, just follow the steps by xxkronicx above - don't forget to run the loader again at the end of it.

I downloaded W7 Ultimate 64bit & activated it then later restored to that same W7 version, & kept the old files but when I go to use the latest loader 2.1.7 it doesnt work.

I have never commented before despite having been in similar situations. I had a cracked version of windows 7 ultimate x64 that supposedly had authentication built in. Anyways, surely enough after updating one time I started getting the Windows Not Genuine crap.
The loader from this torrent had the (un)install buttons greyed out and all it would read was "Modified - Uninstall other cracks". To fix this, I installed a Remove WAT v2.2.5.2 - Windows 7 Activation. This gave me an executable that enabled me to RESTORE the WAT that was removed during the installation of my crack. After restoring the WAT and restarting my computer, I was then able to run the loader and it fixed the problem in 2 seconds :)
PS: there is a microsoft update KB97013 that is specifically offered to find pirated versions and is an update you want to avoid. I, like many others, had installed this update. Before running the WAT restore, I had manually uninstalled this update which might have been an important step but I don't think so.
TLDR: As of 10.1.2013 this loader worked to authenticate my cracked version of windows 7 ultimate x64. I did, however, have to torrent another program to run before this one to restore WAT

Just to let anyone know, I have not had any problems ever using the files from this site until this one. My sister has windows 7 64 bit on a Asus g46vw and upon installing this there is a blue screen stop error 0x000000A5. I have been trying to fix it with various methods for about 3 hours now. A great pain. Just be warned about using it with this model.

Sorry for double posting, but I need to say that this torrent is FAKE! It forces you to complete an online offer to complete the installation, and said offer downloads a virus that takes over your web browser and will bring up advertisements indefinitely. Mobogenie, I think it's called.
I'm reinstalling Windows because I know how hard it is to remove these viruses.
I don't know if Reloaded is responsible for this, but whoever is, is fake seeding and making a lot of money off it. I just thought it would be safe because I saw the Reloaded name. Shame on me, shame on rjaa.
