seattlite, if you had windows 7, your computer most likely came with windows dvd maker. if not, you can probably download it with the windows live essentials. plus there's probably many other free burning tools

Of course the quality is going to be substandard when you're encoding using the obsolete XviD format instead of x264. There's no reason anyone should still be using XviD anymore. Bad encode. And uploaders should always list bitrates and runtimes in the description or .nfo files.
