How do I block any connections to a serial check using Norton 2012?
I got to Settings > Network > Smart Firewall > Program Control
But I don't know what to do

@Icomet that now how it is the problem here is what are the line you need to go to:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
and locate the Host file there you will need to find a line to block the connection checkout!!
