Windows does not recognize this "amtlib.dll". PS after this step no longer works.
This step "Go to C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesAdobeAdobe PCDcache
and delete cache.db" makes ALL the Adobe applications to crash, including free ones as Adobe Reader.
