To seed after download, simply dont delete it from your Torrent client. It will automatically be shared. You can limit the bandwidth so it doesn't saturate your whole connection, and seed it forever, or seed it for a while, or enable ratio tracking and seed it 2x or 3x. However many you feel appropriate.
