this game does not have ap25 protection, so this game does not need any patch ok...the burning speed is bullshit if you have a good medium and a good burner and a good brand like verbatim.. soo burn it at any speed.

its not ap 2.5, works on any modded console, doesnt have to be LT, it ask you to update, its safe to do so

How I got this game to work on iextreme 1.61,
Download the game and unzip it
download 360 waves patcher (newest version)
Patch the iso with wave4
Burn with img burn at 2,4 speed
Make sure you xbox has the newest dashboard
Play the game

if the game fails to update it means you used the 360 waves patcher to play the game, in order to update you must put in a clean ripped copy of the game
1 download this torrent if you dont have the .rar files already with you
2 burn the .iso do not use the waves patcher
3 get your hands on the activate.iso
update should complete if you use these

Works for me. At first it would just say "Play DVD", then I used my flash drive to install the new dashboard and it's working great now.
Also, I had to use a wave patcher (ppf-o-matic) on the iso cause I have an old hacked firmware.

Oh cmon, it does work.
I have ix1.61, i got samsung spoofed as liteon on my box.
All you need is that someone other here allready told you about.
1: download the newest patch for your xbox.
2: download the wavepatcher
3: patch the iso with wave4 patch with the wavepatcher you just downloaded.
4: burn as usually.
5: wasnt so hard?
Oh yeah and no6: start with mage, its cooOol.. :P

i used the workaround to play ap2.5 games..(3 continuous updates)...
now can i update to the firmware that comes wid game??...will i be able to play burned games???? i dont use live so.. i don give a damn if im banned....

PLEASE CAN ANYONE CONFIRM : Does anyone ever find that freaking "auto-attack" feature on that title ? The devs confirm that the console got that feature in DA2 and there's a rumour going around that the "pirated" version of that title doesn't have the "auto-attack"...I won't play that game without it if I can have that option otherwise...

I have a funny problem: when it asks me to update it, I do so, it restarts the console, updates it and switches back to the dashboard. Then I click on the game disc again to load it and it starts loading the game (the loading screen from the game itself shows up), but then, all of a sudden, I get the "The disc is unreadable." error. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong?
I have the latest firmware update which was required for the AP2.5 games (I think it's iXtreme 2.1) and I burned a fresh rip (no patch since I have the latest firmware). Also, if it's any help I downloaded the Repacked version (the "fixed" one) which was later uploaded.

@sean yeah I've burned a bunch of games before... but this is twice I burned this game with a new burner (that has burned games successfully) and i get that logo... weird. ABGX ran it fine too...

That was weird, i downloaded then couldn't unrar it because the file was apparently corrupt. I did a re-check in utorrent and it found a piece it hadn't downloaded, despite saying 100%.
I've accumulated of over 9TB of prated stuff from over the years and this has never happened before...
Meh, it's probably Karma kicking me cause i didn't seed this enough (i was in a rush to get the game and kinda hit-n-ran at 3.5MBps)
anyway, thanks for the upload. I'll be sure to seed this now.

The only error I got on ABGX was that it was at 359 angle or something and it might not work with older versions of ixtreme ... I had it fix the angle for older versions just in case and it still gave that images... it starts to load the game it looks like... makes the sound like it's loading the game to play then just shows the image on the screen... no disc is unreadable or anything. It's happened to a few games in the past like this

I am also getting nothing other than the logo, or the 'Play DVD' option from the dashboard. Running the latest dashboard and ixtreme 1.6 on a Samsung drive. Burn on Verbatim, of course.

For those with iextreme prior to Lite 1.1 (1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.61) you need the activation disk, and then it will work ok. Insert activation disk, run, see message saying that it is not a xbox disk, remove it, inset Game disk, play.

was this a bad rip? ran through abgx and verification failed. I notice Dragon age 2, bulletfront, and two worlds 2 all contain the SAME file size of 7.84gb. I burnt assassin creed 2 and brotherhood + crysis 2 and all worked fine except for these 3. any ideas?
