Probably fake considering the instructions given; "mount/burn n play". The fact that this is the only torrent available and last but not least, the fact that overlordy007 only has uploaded porn before.

Well won't be along until a "real" release since the game is shipped out and in certain stores today (tuesday).

Sadly it's cleary a fake. My torrent server gets the same response as people have already said, stuck at 0.6%.
As already mentioned, the game is in stores today, even though it's not due to release until friday, I'm sure some genius will make a copy and seed it to us soon anyway.
If you check 0-day release, there are no groups that have released it yet, and there is no presence on news groups either. I'm sure a real torrent will be along later today.
