But, I wonder if I should remove the liscence before (When I try to revoc the liscense, it don't work).

Can you please make a step by step on how you did to install the crack ? From "step 1 : install GTA IV" (where I am)

This one works over here, no wobbly cam at all! (played for about 30 mins). However, it's not possible to save the game and i'm not able to set all graphics settings to high eventho i've 8800gts sli.
Cracks are getting closer and closer.. =)

After complete install.
Get this.

Don`t worry it`s mine to
Copy the paul.dll GtaIV.exe and the LaunchgtaIV.exe
to the install directory.
Copy paul.dll to both install and offlineactivation folder.
For the wobbly cam.
Copy the files from THIS torrrent to install folder.
then launch launchGTAIV.exe
It should work.
Still going strong...

Just another thing. I copy the file from the first torrent (LaunchGTAIV.exe, GTAIV.exe (and paul.dll twice).
Now, should I run "LaunchGTAIV.exe" (for date check) or should I copy the file from the second torrent directly ?

The problem is when I start a game, just before "the cousin bellic" first mission, the game ask me to launch "Game for Windows Live" to be able to save.
But if i click "no" and start the game, I've got the drunk camera and can't save.
How to avoid the game to ask to connect to GFWLive ?

FIX FOR DRUNKEN CAM:
Cam is shaking? Close the game, and restart. Voila, perfectly playable!
Next time you start, it'll have the shaky cam again.
Just close it and restart, perfectly playable again.
Works all the time.

HOW TO SAVE GAMES:
Unplug from the internet (literally pull the cable out while you play the game).
Make sure to close down RS Social Club before replugging it.
When the game starts or tries to autosave, it'll tell you that you must be logged into an account.
Accept to log-in/create profile in Windows Live tab (WHITHIN THE GAME) and click on "Create OFFLINE account"
Create some fake account, this will only be seen by you on your computer (unless you're stupid enough to try and play online with a cracked game).
There ya go, any questions?
Oh and "RMN40 error" or whatever is because you probably don't have SP3 (winXP) or SP1 (Vista), both of which are available on Microsoft's site.

To fix the Cam.
Right click on the exe set properties.
and set compatibility mode to Win 2000
It works also the save games.
Create offline account and u will save.

If I run in Windows 2000 compitable mode I get 2 minutes no Wobbly cam and after the 2 minutes it starts again with getting Wobbly :S
Btw: I use Windows Vista Home PRemium. :P

Anyone has an fix or a true fix.
Setting Windows 2000/98 compatibility doesn't work and the network cable trick doesn't work either...
Please find a fix for us.

Not only drunk cam but cars are on full speed all the time. This isn't a crack or fix.

CAM FIX:
The only way to fix the cam is:
1- launch the gta 4 game from the shortcut in your desktop
2- load or start the game
3- drive a car for 10 to 20 seconds
4- quit the game
5- now relaunch the game by double clicking the
GTA-4 shortcut on your desktop.
6- That's it , You r done , no more cam issues.
If you get the Cam issue again , then quit and relaunch the game again.

I found out my problem. I followed all of your instructions and it didn't work BECAUSE my PC is Japanese and my keyboard settings were on Japanese. When I changed the settings to English, there was no wobbly cam. Thanks man.

Actually, never mind. The cam doesnt appear every 2 times played. But if you want to save, you can get the xlive less thingie. Just Google it, but you can'T go in multiplayer. If you want a good crack, download Razor 1911's crack. By the way, I want to go online, but can anyone give me a valid product code ASAP? I tried lots of stuff, but the darn thing keeps on asking me for another code. Thanks.
