No patch/fix need to connect to this server! But you do need to upgrade your game to version 1.1. (links above)

For those looking for a level hak, there will be no such thing, as your profile is now stored on the Activision Servers and not our computers anymore, this way if you uninstall/reinstall, use someone elses computer, or even have an issue with your computer you don't loose your rank, and there is no more, "Data File Currupted Rank Reset" error anymore, so quit your compaining and play this game, ranks are easy to get to, in about 3 hours I had about 87% of the unlockables unlocked with multi-player.

oh, And anything with CoD5 telling you to Alt+Tab is bogus anyways 98% of the people playing this game will tell you that doing so causes your game to screw up.
