Well this seems to be the end of TPB. While I am disappointed like many others, I wish the guys the best of luck. Life moves on and so should we. Let's make the best of these couple of weeks left! I hope you'll enjoy these records as much as I do. Headleaders - What It Means To Me [1983] Jesus Couldn't Drum - The Best of The Del-Bizanteens - Lies To Live By [1982] The Vyllies - Lilith [1985]

I have invites for Demoniod and I am also on what.CD. but I know most of you guys won't be there. I think I'll have to retire with TPB.

80z - This may be the end but I assure you that I will be discovering new 80s music for many more years. I estimate I have only had a chance to listen to about 10 percent of what I have acquired thanks to you. I will sign off with my creative thank you.... Can you tell me your first name ? I need to name my first child after you and somehow I think he will not be pleased to be named 80z !!!

80's ...your posts are the most organized, the most interesting, and of the greatest collectible quality found on TPB. Along with others I am sure....let me thank you for your hard work...and out of respect for you....on the computer where I keep my music collection.....the folder is called 80's Forever....and that folder will never be called anything else....Jay

Just came back from my vacation to find out that TPB is sadly coming to its end. Damn It! Why do I feel the the sinister greedy hands of an antiquated record industry behind this coup d etat?! Anyhow, I don't know what else to say 80z; Thanks for sharing your music with us. It is as always, a source of joy and enlightment. I hope that you continue this musical legacy on some other sites ( demonoid, ect ). This type of music deserves to be exposed. In the vast field of lost dreams and broken idols, it erects it's own myth! Plssss, let us know if you will continue elsewhere before they shut down TPB! Regardless, Live Long and Prosper!
