WIndows Media Player and the Nero 9 Suite refuse it. Nero 9 crashes. ONly VLC plays the files.
Do you listen to music om a computer?

Flac is awesome; for those who care. Use EAC (Exact Audio Copy) to extract your cds in any format you require, loss-less or not.
'Foobar2000' is de facto to play FLAC files on Windows PCs, 'MediaMonkey' is good also. Mac is harder, 'COG' player does the job.
Use Foobar2000 to convert Flac to MP3 lossy format using 'Lame' plugin on Windows. Mac use 'Max' to rip and convert.

The comment should have been "too bad it is corrupt flac".
These were not ripped properly. Each track reports at 200 mintues in length, and for flac that would mean this torrent should be about 20GB, not 300MB.
They will play, but they cannot track so you cannot jump to a specific portion of any track. So fast forward and rewind are not possible.
It is too bad no one else came back to report this. In case anyone thinks it is just my system - I tested many other flac files before I posted this, just to make sure it was not a crazy driver issue. All others work perfectly.
