Please guys, seed as much as possible! I am occasionally maxing out my upload capacity to try and get a few more completed copies of this file out there. I am sharing an ADSL line and if my net admin notices my upstream bandwidth use he might throttle me so I have chosen to throttle myself when I think it will affect other people.
