You can get English, and most language, subtitles here:
Download the ones that are similar to the filenames (with 720p.HDTV.x264 in them) to have the best chance of matching up the timing

I had an issue streaming these to the Xbox 360. The sound wouldnt play. I converted these files into AVI format so they would stream. To skip that proccess you can download they are already in the AVI format
