So uh, I have 3.90 M33-2, have it set to Sony NP9660.. the game itself loads fine, but when I go to new game, watch the intro cinema, and get to the bit where you "sign", when I click the button the quill disappears but I'm stuck staring at the screen for eternity.
Any ideas, guys? :/

most of you guys are setting it to np9660. You are supposed to change it to 9660 no umd! no wonder u guys cant do it... if im wrong, please correct me... if im wrong, i apologize for the misconception.

I downloaded this torrent and played the game from beginning to end. I can verify that it works PERFECTLY on a 3.90 m33-3 PSP. You don't have to do any tricks or change anything in the recovery mode of your system.

if u have 3.90 M33-3, you just have to set it as M33 -no umd-. chances are, it is already set up that way.

im very new to downloading psp games, how do i get it to work on my psp?
i have placed the game in PSP -- GAME -- made new folder named PATAPON -- the CSO-file inside
all i get is that the game is corrupted.
my firmware is the newest, 4.01 i think. Do i need to downgrade? if so, how do i proceed?

Hey, since the file is CSO, you don't need to put it in PSP\GAME folder. You have to put it in the ISO folder.
