To conclude - the aspect ratio is correct.
IMDb (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0311113/) states 2.35:1 and the resolution of this video file is 512:208 which makes 2.46, so with the exactness to the rounding the aspect ratio is correct. Thanks for the upload.

torontogoat is mistaken. The apect ratio is absolutely correct. The aspect on his or her player was probably what was off. The quality is decent for the size of the file. A9-V7.5 or 8
