If you want to disable and remove this program, here is what you do:If you have already logged out, restart the computer and boot up in safe-mode.
Run regedit.exe (the registry editor), and browse to this path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
(on Windows XP, the last path is "RunOnce")
Delete the value named "FUBAR Shutdown 2011"
