If you have still have trouble cracking, remove all CS3, download trials directly from Adobe, install then run crack.
If problems running crack - open using Rosetta in File info.

The most simple way is to download the demos from the Adobe website and use serials from SB and make Little Snitch tell Adobe to shut up.
