That's true. The audio is out of sync. A delay of 7500 milli seconds (7.5 sec) needs to be added to audio stream to make it in sync with video. I did it with mkvmerge and then watched the movie.

@cgaurav007 i am sure you can correct the audio sync issue and upload the movie once again. i don't have deep knowledge of fixing such issues so i really can't.......
BTW, we all are eagerly waiting for you to upload "DEV D" in HQ DVDRIP. Honestly, i most of the time wait for u 2 upload the movie inspite some1 else has already uploaded DVDRIP of the same movie.
