man, there were some severe changes in my life, moved to another town, changed my profession, almost everything. in the process i was unable to get access to web only briefly, once at several weeks. (this explains my late reply) also in the process my external HDD got messed up (the cables) and now a lot of my stuff is sealed for me. don't have the cash right now to change those damned cables, so all the info on that drive is unavailable, i'm afraid. at least atm. but if i fix that, i will upload all that Kabat-Zinn stuff, which is really good. hope it will be soon, but i can't make any promises right now. peace.
