This will tell u how to change your Windows Ip Address when using a cable modem. It is EXTREMELY EASY. No, I said for cable modem for Windows.
Its not for everything. I said for NEWER WINDOWS O/S......
I know using a router is different. You have to access your router using 192.168.1.1 in the address bar.
Its just a lil help to people b/c A LOT of ppl dont know how to change it :D

THIS WORKS, BUT THERE'S NO POINT OF DOING IT BECAUSE YOU CANNOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET.
THE "CABLE" ON THE MODEM WILL KEEP BLINKING AND NEVER CONNECT
TO FIX THAT YOU SIMPLY GO INTO LAN SETTING AND MAKE UP AND OTHER IP ADDRESS AND IT'LL RESET TO YOUR OLD ONE.
