Works well. I'm using it with Vista Ultimate right now. At first I was concerned when subscription expired after a couple of days. Then I quickly noticed that a restart or 2, followed by live update and or "fix now" gets everything back on track SECURE. Thank you very much for the up. As for those who complain about resource hogging of Norton, this is light compared to KAV or KIS. The above mentioned are excellent products, but stick with version ending in .424 for 2009. That one goes easier on resources. Hope this helps. I still am a Kaspersky fan, no longer an NOD fan - never liked nor used Norton for more than a few days. I am a Norton fan since the release of version 16s. They really surprised me with actual improvements and true attention to what users wanted. It's refreshing to see a company wake up and actually cater to customers requests.

RH, I'm having the problem panteranegra refers to: EVERYTIME I reboot it goes expired and I have to re reboot and run Fix It in order to have it green?!?!?What's wrong?? I use Vista x64

Read what panternegra says, a few comments up... In some cases it does it once and then you do not need any more reboots. in other cases you have to reboot everyonce in a while:( But it works perfectly apart of that. Hopefully RH will come up with a solution for the rebooting... sooner or l8er...

To all having a problem with Norton expiring after restart, this might help. I recently went into my Program Files folder and also the Documents & Settings\Application Data folders and everything that said Norton or Symantec, I added it to the Norton Scan exclusion and Auto protect exclusion in the NIS computer settings. I have not had anymore trouble with it expiring after that. I guess you have to hide every single trace of Norton from itself to stop the blacklisting.

i am having problem with subscription..... My subscription is expired after a week :-( and even after somany restarts its not getting back to normal...... i had to uninstall and install it again.......
