sorry about the previous comment. this torrent works perfectly so obviously yes the files are legit.
just mount cd1 with daemon tools click install then when it asks for cd2 just mount cd2 in the same drive where you put cd1 and carry on so forth.
after you install the game put the no\cd crack(can't remember if this torrent has got one or not if not just google) in the folder you instaled to (c: program files ) just dont use the desktop shortcut use the one from start menu ,all programs, lucas arts. and enjoy

Indeed, it works very well.
But I can say (and I must admit) that I have a... "slight" problem. When I play, and that I want to save the game, there's no problem, it does. But when I want to use again what I've just been saving, there's... Nothing. There's just the word "Quit" on the screen with Revan (you know, the one you see at first).
So if somebody have a solution (or even the same problem, I'll feel less alone), please... Tell me. Thank you!

Can't install. CD_2.iso is the same as CD_3.iso. How did you det around that problem?

hi guys the game install works for me had some trouble with cd 3 but after mounting cd4 and then back to cd3 seems to work after install when i start the game i get the menu but only the option quit is there anyone figured it out yet?

Ok heres the deal. For some reason if you run the install on the same virtual drive then it will not work. It will show that cd 2 and cd3 are the same so make 2 virtual drives and alternate between the two.

nevr mind the last comment, i put the crack in the folder and started the game. i was so happy but then it crashed. any suggestion? im using vista(yeah worst decision of my life. DON'T DO IT)

I finished the planet level, got in the gun turret and killed all the fighters. After the video the game crashes. Any ideas?

Never mind. I was so stupid. I didn't see it was a .rar file that needed to be unzipped as I recently got my hard drive erased so didn't have a winzip or winrar installed anymore.

alright im having so much confusion with the whole no-cd crack thing. I have all the cds downloaded and stuff and the icon and menu on my desktop, but its just when i click play it says "Please enter disk" and i read other peoples solutions and tried them all but there not working! i guess i dont know how to unzip the files and stuff, will someone PLEASE!! give step to step instructions on unzipping and getting the game to work without the cd!

im on vista so it had to be run in xp compatability mode, crashed the first 3 or 4 times, now it seems to be working fine, it kept crashing after i got off the ship in the beginning, for some reason mounting cd4 fixed that, now it seems to be working fine, except that i cant see any of the opening menu items except "quit" which really doesnt matter since they still work when i click the blank spot where they should be

I seem to have the problem that ChefChef has. I've pretty much beaten the gassy planet level, when I get to the turret. Kill the evil fighters, then the movie starts. Then there's an error.
This completely sucks because I spent a *lot* of time getting to this point. I really would like to finish the game. Any help? :c

I sent the NoCD.rar file to the lucasarts/kotor w/e folder ( the actual games folder ) and it's not working at all.. how do you by pass the game asking for disk one? And i do have cd1.iso mounted

yeah... im so lost . does this work on vista? cause every time i try to download a PC game it always fucks up . and im trying to get this to work . everything works fine the install opens perfect . but it gets to 40% and it says Catastrophic Erorr. Then shuts off .... will it work? cause im getting pissed off .... i dunno whats going on ....

How to play KOTOR on Windows 7:
1. Install the game, patch it with the official 1.03 patch and crack it with the 1.03 fixed EXE by FairLight (For the "Collection" version you don't need to patch the game, you only need to apply the 1.03 crack from FairLight - some people complain that the included crack from FightClub in the "Collection" disk is not working, so use FairLight crack instead).
2. Make a shortcut to the game exe (swkotor.exe) and place it anywhere (desktop, etc.). Right-click on it and select "Properties". Look for the "Shortcut" tab, then look for the "Target" line.
3. Add the following text BEFORE your default path ( mine is "D:GamesStar Wars Knights of the Old Republicswkotor.exe" ):
C:WindowsSystem32cmd.exe /C START "swkotor" /affinity 0x1
4. After I did the above, my game path is looking like this:
C:WindowsSystem32cmd.exe /C START "swkotor" /affinity 0x1 "D:GamesStar Wars Knights of the Old Republicswkotor.exe"
5. I was able to completely play the game without any more problems.
