CursorFX 2.0.0.1 Portable (FBB)

StarDocks CursorFX Portabled by me I've included a Themes folder(with a pile of them) which you can just point to from the program :) Note any portable I create always creates a folder of the same name next to itself where the user settings are kept. You can save you settings or delete them your choice.
