I've found an error. Somewhere in the middle of the game, after you climb a bunch of that water stuff, you'll reach a gate (witch to get there you have to pass some arrows that come from the wall and spikes on the ground) that doesn't open.

I like prince of persia the forgotten sands but it is too fast it seem like.
I only use the 1 file for the crack ubiorbitapi_r2.dll
I don't use the other 3 files that came with the crack.

I am at the part in the game where i just got the first upgrade and i haven't had any problems yet.
Maybe i am not as far ahead as most of you people are and which it won't take that long to even get anywhere in the game since the speed seems too fast.
I liked prince of persia the sands of time and warrior within and prince of persia and which the speed was just right to notice alot without the fast speed.
I wasn't sure why i couldn't get the 3 files to work just yet and i didn't have to put any user name or password in yet.

@unique its kind of complicated but you can use a memory editor program like Cheat Engine to search for memory locations that control things such as x y z position or even collision detection and just walk through the door. If you're not familiar with this sort of process you may be better off waiting for the crack fix

if it is there and the error pops again idk what's the problem but if its not there then just re-install the game it will create one inside there then u can paste the crack in the installed directory and start the game

hey ppl...for those who are getting "Ubisoft Launcher not found, please re-install the game". Here's what i did to get it working. I actually copied all the files in the crack folder to the game folder except Prince of Persia.exe .For that particular file, i retained the default installed one and since then i'm not getting the above error. Same problem here. After defeating the titan and before the passage with the swinging logs with rotating blades on them I loaded the last checkpoint and found myself in front of a closed door. I can not reach the golden leaver to open it again from where I am. If I try I die. anyone have a solution?

BTW there is only one save file. The game rewrites it every time it auto-saves. So it is impossible to load an earlier save.

When i run the game, the logo comes and there is sound and everything, but after that it's just black screen and i can see only the PoP mouse pointer. I searched google and some guy posted this:

Nobody should be having problems with prince of persia the forgotten sands.
I only use 1 file for the crack and nothing else to play the game.
ubiorbitapi_r2.dll
If your wanting to play online then you will need the other 3 files.
gu.exe and Prince of Persia.exe and Skidrow.ini
When i try to use them then it says can't find ubisoft server so there has got to be something wrong.

Yep, some doors still will not open. From what I have experienced: 1. a little after I have defeated the bull and then when I load and find myself in front of a closed door. 2. At the end in the prison (after the shooting arrows) but when I change to lower difficulty (easiest) it opens when I step on the circle. 3. In the prison a cell door in front of a sarcophagus will not open when i pull a leaver. Hope these things are fixable. But otherwise thx for great crack.

the shortest game i ever played was splinter cell conviction n cod mw2
dey both got completed in abt 5-6 hrs in total(but i played it for 2 days i.e.3 hrs d first day n 3 hrs d second day)

it might happen with some people tht some door does not open OR when it opens u get killed sometimes and the autosave brings u outside the door from where there is no way to open the door again
so its adviced to take regular backups of ur save files after some interval of gameplay
AND if any of the above happens u have a chance to play that part again INSTEAD of getting sticked at some place where u cannot do anything

now i wont say tht the game is total bug free
in the game i was in the baths where u have to freeze a pillar and jump to the next pillar
when u jump to the next pillar u just go out of the palace i mean u see ur self hanging to something which invisible and in the background u see sun and mountains
when try to jump from the pillar u just fall down and die!!!!
however after sometime i found if u catch the pillar at the lower end its possible to jump
ya but there ARE these kind of bugs so just always keep BACKUP of ur save files as i said before

there is nothing u can do
what i did was i borrowed the save file from a friend who was a bit behind me in the game AND played tht part again
n this time i took care tht i do not get killed
n frm now i backup my save files after every small interval of game play
wht u can do is i have 4 save files comment ur email so tht i can send it to u
try n play from the part which is nearer to u!!

I found this for the 3 summoners and it helped me pass the door.The person that helped me said
"GUYS!
I found a solution for 3 summoners bug!!!
Download the h4×0r trainer named:

?Prince_of_Persia_The_Forgotten_Sands_v1.0_+_6_Trainer?

1. Start it
2. Start the game and start playing
3. Play the game and get to the closed door with no enemies left
4. Stand next to the door.
5. Enable the trainer with ?Insert? button, and save your position with ?NUMPAD6?
6. From the menu load the last checkpoint
7. Right when the animation starts with the 3 summoners load your position with ?NUMPAD7?
This did the trick for me and Im through :D

Nice, the .dll file I put into my already existing Ubisoft Launcher folder overwrote my ACII save.
I could have known it would somehow affect my ACII (same file for 2 games, clever clever Ubisoft), probably didn't even need to replace it in the first place since my ACII is a cracked version as well.
SO JUST A WARNING! If you have ACII (or any other Ubisoft game that makes use of that .dll) don't blindly overwrite it with this one or you may very well lose savegames. >.

does anyone have any saved games from somewhere closer to the beginnging...I am somewhere in the fortress courtyard, stuck at this point according to the walkthrough:
-Located to the right of the door with the three sand statues is a button; do a wall run up the wall to touch it. This will trigger the wall that it is built in to move forward. Once it moves as far forward as it can, perform another wall run before quickly jumping across to the other wall and doing a wall run up this wall to get to the top.
-Perform a wall run on the right side of the wall before jumping out to the wood column on your left.
-Rotate and jump to the next column before jumping to the wood plank. Jump from here towards the ledge in front of you, remembering to do a wall run as soon as you hit it to pull yourself up.
-Perform a wall run against the wall and then jump out to the golden lever on your right. Swing and jump across several poles before landing on the other side.
-Go through the entryway and wait for swinging beam of spikes to swing all the way back, giving you just enough clearance to roll under it.
if anyone can help with a savegame or tell me how to make that damn door open (i tried the trainer thing it didn't work) I'd be grateful I really don't want to start it all from the beginning :|

I dont know what to tell you...it worked for me and other players who had that problem.I get to the door and press Insert and you hear female sound says activated or something then you save it.Load last checkpoint and while that movie is going you load it and you are on the other side of those doors.Thats what I did.

AxelHUN's trick with the trainer worked. I saved my position just hanging from the secret and loaded the checkpoint again. Then I hit Numpad 7 and rolled under the door, which was still closed btw. And I was able to get that secret.

either the game is buggy(THAT IS A FACT)...either the crack.....or both.....during the game i pause and make backups of save files very often.....
at some point...something was missing(a rotating handle)...and i couldnt do anything to fix it.....restart...lower difiulty....and so on......
i just restored the latest backup i made....and start playin (lost 20 mins or so) and 2nd time the rotating handle was on its place....
my point is.....maybe we have different iso files....and some r buggy some arent....

the trainer tricks worked for me ,save u r position while ur hitting the door with sword,and load last check point,and cut scene is follow up,now press "B"(360 controller) to skip the cutscene,game ask's whether u want to skip or not ,now press NUM7 ,and u say skip the cutscene

im stuck at a place....the place where malik says that he wants you standing next to him if the 2 medallions have to be joined and all that...then u have to jump on 2 levers/swinging pole thing which brings up 2 columns. when you jump from the second column u press a button which opens a door. but when i turn 2 go towards the door, everything disppears and all u see is the moon and stars. no floor. wherever u jump, u die. wat do i do???

Guys Help me out here.
I downloaded the game and the crack.... Installed and replaced with the crack file..... The game tries to start but the it gets stuck on the black screen and the cursor keeps loading.... and the game just doesn't start.....
I tried everything..... I replaced the cracked gu.exe and PrinceofPersia.exe with the old ones.... So the ubisoft game launcher gets on and keeps loading and then says "An internet connection is required to play the game. Please check you internet connection."
Help me out guys.... I'm dieing to play this game....

Hey everyone , i had no problems with doors etc but now i am pretty far in the game in the Djinns city i got to one place where there is a sacrophagus behind a waterfall , then when i go back there are 2 birds , i jump on them and then on that water things and the stones when you use the memory power , and then i am at a place where there is a statue of a lion and a little water is comming from his mouth , under that you can find another sacrophagus but at this place i cant continue because there need to be a big stone (wall) and it is there but its invisible i can climb on it but not further , i tried lowering the graphics please help me :(
