I'v got a problem, the game crashes everytime I commit to a mission... not sure what I'm doing wrong here

I forgot to mention: When opening the launcher, you want to hit "Browse" on the top right, and look for the latest version of the .exe file. If you go to Hard-light.net, you could get 3.6.14 executable, and load those in. Use the "r" version, as "d" is only for debug.
