the virus problem is called a false-positive. The crack is clean, im sure, like everything else i've seen from Trivium. Ignore the "trojan's" when you start the crack, or move it, and the game will play fine. Downloading now, will comment back when i find out if everything's okay.

ok ignore my previous comment ive figured it out a while ago. i just found the crack somewhere else. it wasn't exactly easy but meh. anyways, so as a percausion i only play this game with my wifi turned off so Microsoft doesn't find out or whatever. do i need to do this? To Install----
1-Mount TVM_BAAGOTY.ISO using power iso or daemon tools
2-After installation open mounted dvd and then open folder TRiViUM and file paul.dll and paste it in installation directory C-Program Files-Square Enix-Batman Arkham Asylum GOTY-Binaries
If your antivirus detects paul.dll as virus its false positive so crete an exclusion for it my eset detected it as virus bt it was false positive
3-After this open game using BmStartApp.exe
4-After intro video in start screen where it shows "Click To Start" press the "HOME" key in keyboard den it will open game for live windows there click create new profile option then scroll down and you will find option highlighted in blue "Create local profile" give a name and continue your done you will have no saving problem
And ya it does have any kind of problem in reloaded and other releases

I started to follow Hercules' instructions. To the letter. But when I got to the part where I have to open the mounted file Trivium it tells me "System Information is unable to open this .nfo file. This file might be corrupt or incompatible with this version of System Information. I don't suppose someone would be nice enough to tell me what I'm doing wrong, would they? Torrent works, and crack too! I used to get "wrong disc inserted" error, but then i made an exception for crack. That's important, if you don't do that your antivirus will delete crack and you will get "wrong disc inserted" error.

I'm having a problem where the game crashes the third time I run into Scarecrow. It starts with a female voice saying "Did anyone see the game last night?", followed by Scarecow's cackle. Right then, the game crashes and resets back to the opening cinematic with the controls not responding. I've already tried re-installing the game, but the same problem persists. Special thanks to herorulez for explaining on how to make this game work.
To people who are unable to get this game to work, check if your system matches the game's recommended system requirements.
This is how I got it to work:
1. Mount the iso
2. Install it by finding the setup file in Int(i.e. International) or any other language you want.
3. The setup may not at times install the following gfwl (games for windows live), .NET 4, PhyX and directX (dont know the reason).
4. The above setup files can be installed manually by browsing the folder in the iso
5. Once all the above files have been installed run the game once.
6. This will create Square Enix folder in the [Username]Documents
7. Place the crack in the iso (which is the Binary folder) in the Square Enix Binary folder. Just to be safer place the file paul.dll in the binaries folder where the game has been installed. There are 2 binaries folder, one where the game is installed and one in the [USERNAME]DocumentsSquare Enix folder
8. Run it again
9. Press Home button on your keyboard to activate the gfwl after the splash screen in the game.
10. Now here is the tricky bit. You need not enter or create a live account. Browse down the first page and you will find a hyperlink to create a local profile.
11.Make anything up.
12. Now you can save your game.
13. Enjoy
The game was played on the following PC config: Intel i5, Geforce 550 Ti, 8 GB RAM and Windows 7 OS.

The game crashed a few times when I played the unlocked levels. Didnt face any such issues with the main plot.

Ok - FOR EVERYONE THAT HAVE SERIAL KEY PROBLEM!
I downloaded, installed on the 111.. key, copied the contents from the folder to my binaries folder but it asked me again for the activation, THEN YO DO THIS:
Download the fightclub crack (100mb torrent) and then copy JUST ONE FILE from the "FIX" folder over there to your binaries folder. Voila! It immidiately started, WITH Games Live so I can save.
