As others have said, it goes out of synch when played on a standalone media player, like a portable hard drive connected to a TV, but perfectly in synch when played with VLC on a computer. It also stays in synch when burned to a DVD.

i re-sync movies on my t.v all the time to re-sync a movie you either fast-forward or rewind it slighty e.g check out if the voice are coming thru before mouth moves fast forward slighty if the mouth moves and then audio comes thru rewind slighty
it happens all the time when i pause movies or 9 times out of 10 you can sync it up by doing the above. try it and let me know
