The caption on the top right is intended to read "Jesus is Watching You Downloading Porn" or (the version I very much prefer): "Jesus is Watching You. Download Porn!!" ?
The image, by the way, shows a totally white (Caucasian) individual with blueish eyes... Who is he supposed to be? (Jesus Christ, a Semite from the desert, surely not)
