When I enter code : 86807-0W060, the item number I get is PZ485-X93EU-08 where as you state PZ485-X03EU-07.

86807-0W060 is for this version, which is also know as PZ485-X03EU-07.
The part number you get on toyota's website ( PZ485-X93EU-08) is the part number of the map 2008-2009, which I will post soon.
