Hey comicfan or i should call you "comicthief" who gave you the permission to post these torrents? Show some respect (even now) to the original uploader and delete them!

You're complaining about someone not having 'permission' to post someone else's property? That's pretty funny. The original uploader has no more claim to the material than the person who kindly uploaded them here for a wider audience. The whole point of free exchange of information is to, well, freely exchange information! Maybe the original uploader should not try to control these torrents and should instead realize that he has no more rights than anyone else, except for the nice folks at Marvel, of course. Or he could just take his ball (and his torrents) and go home. There's always someone else to pick up the slack.

Hello Marvelatty. I agree with you 100%, but you don't understand the big picture. These torrents were created by a guy that calls himself Cyager69. Not the files, mind you. But he put these torrents together in the order they came out, this took him 2 years to do. So in essence this chronology is his baby, not Comicfan's.
The chronology is not finished. It was supposed to run from the year 1961 thru to the year 2007.
Cyager69 started uploading to demonoid long before it crashed because of the pressure of the music and movie industry. On demonoid he uploaded at a rate of 3 - 4 months (or complete torrents a week on avg.), and got as far as finishing uptil and including dec. 1989. And when, the crash occurred, He took all his torrents and deleted them from demonoids database. This was his call, since he was the chronology's creator. But before this, as there were signs that the crash would occur, downloader?s sent him their e-mail addresses, so that when he found a new site, he would let people know were this was. This he did. This was H33t. He brought more than 250 comic collectors over to H33t from demonoid and the purely comic torrent site that crashed a few months after demonoid. Here he started uploading his chronology again, starting from jan 1990. His plan was to continue uploading until he had reached the end of his collection, namely dec 2007. He soon got questions though H33t's forum if he could upload the ones that got lost when demonoid crashed. This he did. Also he upgraded these old torrents with what he called c2c's (cover to cover), where he included the original adds into the comic. This he did for all completeists like himself that wants the complete comic, as it appeared on the news stand.
With more demand on the bandwidth created by these new members that had suddenly appeared, the rent for the servers that H33t used increased, so the call vent out for donations (from the sites creator and also in the form of encouragement from cyager69, who did not want to go though the hazel again of finding another site to upload to) in order for the survival of H33t. A lot of people did donate, and the site survived month by month.
However the server site that rented space to H33t was facing the same trouble as demonoid's servers did, so the call again went out for donation, this time to help with the cost of a new server that would be owned by H33t's creator and placed in a "safe" (from shutdown by the music and movie corp.) country (like Sweden is for the time being). H33t creator got the money, brought the server (a nice one to), placed it in a neutral country, and moved the site over to the new server. H33t was saved. We continued to download from H33t.
A few of cyager69's torrents appeared on another site, and for reasons of his own, he warned people in the descriptions of his torrents that if this (the leaking of his torrents [HIS TORRENTS] to other torrent search engines (like pirate bay, demonoid [which has started up again, under new leadership], monova, etc.) he would not upload anymore of his chronology.
This statement was not taken seriously, and as a whole the rest of us suffered. And Comicfan is the soul culprit reponsible for this, because now Cyager69 has discontinued uploading his chronology to H33t, Leaving years left un-uploaded. Comicfan did not have to upload to pirate bay like he did; he could have sent people that wished to have a copy of the Cyager69's chronology over to H33t. Here this would be FREELY given. All of it because the downloader (like my self was careful to keep the chronology alive, by seeding, often to 3.0 to 4.0 in share ratio). Also torrents with no seeds, down the road, were reseeded either by Cyager69 or other downloader?s.
Or he could have waited for the completion of the chronology to take place, and then moved it if he so wanted.
BUT HE DIDN'T, AND IN SO DOING RUINED IT FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE.
In my mind Comicfan should be banned from pirate bay, as well as all sites, because he?s a trouble maker.
