The info at the top of the details is totally wrong - these tracks are almost all 128kbps constant bitrate files, and certainly haven't been encoded with lame, so quality is often a bit low.

I love people who gripe about something they don't know about. Get off your lazy bums and look it up before griping!! Wikipedia is a great site to find out about things. For those too lazy to look up info, here's a guick lesson about RAR files... RAR is a type of compression file that allows large media files to be moved/stored. It is better for media than the old zip type compression. It allows the file to stay in it's original format, and not have a permanent compression that sometimes happens when UL/DL media files (ever DL'd a video that looked squished?). There are two types of RAR files, one has a file that ends in "r00" (as this one does) and that is the best quality RAR file. Programs to open are easily found in CNET. I recommend Rar Extract Frog.
Now, next you want to complain about something that is free and took the UL'er ages to put together and offer us, go get stuffed instead.
