i've read almost both the 2 pdfs after the download
it contains true facts but it is just trying to manipulate ur mind into this diet
wouldn't try it and advise u not to
i'm not saying it does not work, it might but u should try a balanced diet that advises u to workout not one that tells u the intense workout is USELESS !!
