Description:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0110971/ Mark Wahlberg in one of his first movies, as a not-too-bright soldier with Danny DeVito (of all people) as his Shakespeare teacher! Really funny, but also a film with a heart. Although I am not Swedish, I must reluctantly admit that Swedish is the most widely understood language in Scandinavia, so I have hardcoded the Swedish subtitles because of the quotes from Shakespeare. You non-Scandinavians can just ignore them; simply imagine that you are on vacation in Sweden. Fullscreen, good stereo XviD 512x352 25 fps, two-pass, AC3. Source: PAL native. Burn tested, runs well in my divX player. 128 min, so I gave it 800 Mb

Shakespeare may be difficult to understand for people who otherwise don't need subtitles for films with an English soundtrack. The Pirate Bay is a Swedish site, and DVDs are often produced with subtitles for all the four Nordic countries, often marked (NORDIC) in torrents. If you make a search here for "SWESUB" or "SWESUBS" you will find hundreds of good torrents which often come down fast because of Sweden's high upload speed.
In the Nordic countries, we are used to subtitles from the TV channels where we can't turn them off. We also use subtitles in the cinemas.
Or did you mean that I should have chosen the Danish subs because Hamlet is set in Denmark? Please feel free to buy your own DVDs, rip them and upload them with or without the subs of your choice.

thanks keep up with it

I like it when my movies have swedish sub-titles. When friends ask 'why?', I just threaten their life in the best Swedish I can muster.

ektakrome (2008-10-21)

Anyone know where to get this movie without the subs? I'd really like to see this movie again.

harigata (2009-08-19)

I'd rather imagine I'm on vacation on the moon.
Thanks for the upload man, really, but why hardcode rather than create a separate subs file? Makes life more pleasant for non Swedish speakers.

BigBird75 (2009-12-24)

I really hope this is the only movie where Kuthumi has done hardcode subs because I have found quite a few of his I like.
Bad mistake because this is the only one out there. Guess I will just grab a correct one somewhere else.
No big deal really.
