If you have trouble installing in Windows 7:
FLV Recorder requires and will attempt to install a version of WinPCAP. Unfortunately, the version included with this ver of FLV Recorder won't install under Windows 7. Here's the solution:
Downloaded WinPcap 4.1 beta5 from here:

After downloading, right click the downloaded exe and set the compatibility mode to Windows Vista SP1. That is, right click the exe, select Properties; on the Compatibility tab, check "Run this program in compatibility mode for", select "Windows Vista SP1" from the drop down list, then finally click OK. Now run the exe - it will install WinPCAP as it should.
Now install FLV Recorder. It will fault out at the end of the installation as it tries to install its version of WinPCAP but don't worry - FLV Recorder has already been installed and it will work with the version of WinPCAP that you manually installed.
