Start the autorun.exe and press the UK-flag (it will only work to install the game in English). 3. hm... I have regular home Vista and I can't even seem to get this to install. Everytime I run the proram and try to install it gets stuck on the setup.exe file. The file fails to execute. I tried to see if any installation files are messed up for any other programs but all others are fine.

vista can take anywhere from 3-6 minutes to read, check and run certain installation/setup files. for instance, ragnarok takes about 5 minutes to just run the installation file. vista checks the fils for bad data. give it time but it should show up.

I was tlaking about the autorun, when i choose any of expansions or Homm4 to install then it freezes. Like i pick HOmm4 to install and when i click on the install button it freezes , dosnt do nothing , waited 3 hours still nothing. I dled normal Homm4 and the exe fails to execute. I dont know why they dont work.

Downloaded fine and I mounted the converted ISO image file on a DVD to be thorough. Tried to install it on my desktop running XP, didn't work. Same stall at the autorun as reported above. However, tried to install it on my Vista laptop and it worked fine (though I got warnings that software did not recognize the OS and I had to run it in XP mode). Kind of a WTF moment but it seems to be working.

for those having trobule with pressing the install button and it freezing... i have found a way to get it to work... just simply go to Autorun once youve extracted the files and then press the play button instead ov the install button once uve chose wich one you want to install asin the normal or expantion packs... hope it helps it took me ages to work out lool
